MEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICTRUCH EXTERIOR ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES Bids Due no later than 2:00 p.m., March 8, 2023 INVITATION TO BID ITB 23-52-18Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Facilities Department, located at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 8, 2023. There will be a pre-bid meeting to be held at Ruch Outdoor School on Wed., February 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. please meet in front of the flagpole. Ruch Outdoor School is located at 156 Upper Applegate Rd., Jacksonville OR 97530. The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors for exterior accessibility upgrades to the Ruch Outdoor Community School consisting of; Removal of two outdoor stairways and replaced with stack block steps. Installation of district provided sign and removal of approximately 19 trees in the forest area, east of buildings. Complete details and scope are provided on the attached bid plans/drawings. This phase of the ongoing exterior accessibility upgrades must be substantially completed by August 14, 2023.
