NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT to Real Time Monitors, Inc. (RTMI). The 59th Signal Battalion requires an upgrade to the operating system that manages the output of switch logs, call traces, and monitoring of telephone switch alarms related to environmental and generator failures, among other functions.  The Switch Expert^TM application was developed solely by Real Time Monitors, Inc. (RTMI).  RTMI is the only organization that can provide maintenance/support, training and updates to the Switch Expert^TM software application. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice and is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A solicitation will not be issued.
