This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0106 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source basis RTI Connext DDS Professional Developer Subscription (25-99), Part Number 866-20-85-00-03, Qty. 8 and Phone, Email and Web Support User Subscription, Part Number 873-20-00-00, Qty. 1 manufactured by Real-Time Innovations, Incorporated.

Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
