The project in general will consist of the construction of (2) sand volleyball courts, (2) half basketball courts, prefab shade structures and picnic areas, playground equipment with play areas, fitness equipment areas, landscape and irrigation improvements, site lighting, and utility improvements, security cameras, CMU wall, concrete sidewalk and DG trail areas, and monument signs. The facility is located at the northeast corner of Linnell Way and Brahma Street. (1) One original and (3) three signed copies shall be submitted.
