NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Marine Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, CA intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to RS Means for online access and Facilities Construction Cost Data Books. The anticipated award date is 3 Mar 2015. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is available upon request. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
