The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), an RS-12D CALSTD manufactured by Gamma Scientific.

This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c).

The applicable NAICS Classification is 334515 and the size standard is 500.
