Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Project shall renovate (2) existing procedure rooms as well as adjacent support-spaces and corridor to accommodate new hybrid operating room, as well as providing new equipment room, control room, storage room, and staff toilet. Construction scope of work shall include: demolition of existing partitions; removal of existing equipment; reconfiguration of walls and ceilings; provision of casework and finishes; provision of lead shielding, surgical lighting supports, and scrub sinks; provision of power, medical gases, and other utilities; modifications to building systems to accommodate new equipment; and provision of conduit and cabling for telephone, data, security, and nurse call systems. Building shall be occupied at all times.
