The Government is planning to conduct an unclassified Industry Day event. USACE will present contracting opportunities for projects planned throughout FY20 through FY24 at RRMC. Companies interested in attending this event are limited to (2) two representatives and registration is mandatory.

Industry Day attendees must email a complete copy of the attached Vetting Form to [email protected], no later than 30 April 2019 at 5:00PM, EST. Please ensure the subject line of the email states "RRMC INDUSTRY DAY 2019".

Once that information is received, attendees will be provided with additional information regarding required information needed upon arrival to the Visitor Center, if necessary. Attendance at the Industry Day is not a prerequisite for participating in any future solicitations or procurements; however, it will provide a valuable opportunity for interested parties to obtain information. Industry Day is solely to offer interested parties information on anticipated future requirements.

This is an unclassified event. Each attendee will need to bring a Government-issued or State-issued, photographic identification to gain access to the site. Due to security requirements, persons who fail to pre-register shall not be given access. Any information provided and discussions that take place at Industry Day will be unclassified.
