The AFLCMC/EBHK, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Fixed Firm Price contract with options for the RR-196(T-1)A/L, and the RR-196A/L dual chaff countermeasure used by the F-22 aircraft. This effort will be a sole source to Armtec. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all.  This Presolitation is notice for solicitation, which will be issued on or before 14 June 2023.  The Purchase Specifications, will be included in the solicitation. The entire solicitation (FA821323R3019) and any/all amendments will be made available only on SAM.GOV. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specifications, and Q&A's will be distributed through SAM.GOV.  Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
