King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085-4316 until May 25, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) for: Mosquito Control Program In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Public Works Director, this will be made available to all parties desiring to submit. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., and RFP’s will be due by 9:45 a.m. CST May 25, 2021 and can be viewed in person in the Council Chambers as well as on Facebook Live at Waukegancityclerk. RFP’s shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the submitter and the words: Sealed RFP: May 25, 2021 Mosquito Control Program RFP’s shall be addressed to Janet Kilkelly City Clerk, City of Waukegan 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085-4316 and shall be in her hands before 9:45 a.m. May 25, 2021. Each RFP shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form. Each submitter, by making a RFP to furnish the aforementioned item (s), signifies their intention and good faith to enter into contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the bid. The submittal requested is for a three year contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or RFP’s and to make an award on those submittals which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City of Waukegan.
