SDOT is seeking consultant services to design and implement transit speed and reliability improvements along route 40 between downtown and Northgate consistent with the 2018 Levy Workplan. Route 40 is the primary route connecting major destinations in Northwest Seattle including Northgate, Ballard, Fremont, South Lake Union, and Downtown.
