The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to Werfen USA LLC, Bedford, MA, 01730 for maintenance services. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for a contract to provide an annual Total Service Agreement for maintenance of three ROTEM Delta RUO devices performing a minimum of one preventative maintenance (PM) visit per 12 month period on each ROTEM Delta RUO analyzer with PM needs assessed at each service visit.
