CLACKAMAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE ROOK HALL TENANT IMPROVEMENT Proposals due Wednesday April 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM REQUEST FOR BID RFB 2122-01 CLACKAMAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE invites proposals from qualified and experienced Licensed (CCB) contractors (herein after, "Responder", "Proposer", "company", "firm", "provider" or "contractor") to provide Storefront Replacement at Randall Hall located on the Oregon City, OR campus. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, tenant improvement of the first floor of Rook Hall. Proposal documents and specifications will be available on http://www.clacka mas.edu/Request_for_Proposals.aspx or at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Barlow Hall - Business Office, Clackamas Community College, 19600 Molalla Avenue, Oregon City, Oregon 97045, or by calling (503) 594-3086. Mandatory Walk-Thru will be Friday March 18, 2022 at 2:00PM at the main entrance to Rook Hall. Electronic submission to purchasing@ clackamas.edu no later than Wednesday April 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals will be reviewed in closed session. The College reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement require ments, and to reject for good cause any or all proposals upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
