The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans: 41 Sheets included as Appendix A, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include roof replacements at three (3) locations and replacement of two (2) air-conditioning units at the Goebel Center and other miscellaneous and related items as more specifically described in the bid documents, per specifications. The Project work is located at the following three (3) locations: civic Arts Plaza – 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Fiore Teen Center 1375 E. Janss Road, and Goebel Adult Community Center – 1385 E. Janss Road, all in the City of Thousand Oaks.
