Green Bay Area Public Schools is hereby soliciting bids for roof replacements at Christa McAuliffe Elementary School. A mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on December 14, 2021 at the Christa McAuliffe Elementary School, main entrance, located at 2071 Emerald Drive, Green Bay, WI. Electronic copies of the Project Manuals, Drawings and other Bidding documents may be obtained by e-mailing request to [email protected]. Requests shall be made at least two (2) days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. No documents will be issued at the pre-bid meeting. Any future amendments, revisions, etc., will be e-mailed to all Bidders of Record prior to the opening date. All addenda must be acknowledged in the area provided (Reference Bid Form, Item 1.10). Failure to do so may result in your response being rejected.
