Roof Replacement for GYM Bldg. 9701 & Mechanical plant Bldg. 4807. Walk-Thru on January 7, 2009 at 1o'clock in the Maintenace Department Bldg. 1605. Bids will be given out at the walk-thru. Must see job before you can bid on the project. Roof system: Contractor to recommend and install a 60 mil, white, reinforced TPO roofing membrane system over a 1/2 inch high density, coated six sides, fiberboard insulation and a minimum 3" tapered iso-board insulation assembly with a minimum 1/4" slope per foot, mechanically installed on the roof that will give the proper R-19 value and a twenty year (20) manufactures warranty. This is just aliitle description for the project but more is in the bid package.
