NOTICE TO BIDDERS Informal written price quotations will be received in the office of Richard Martinez, Building Maintenance Superintendent on Wednesday, 10, 2014, until 10:00 A.M. at the Parks and Recreation Office, 1000 South Ware Road, McAllen, Texas, 78501, fax number (956) 681-3300, for the purpose of: Tile Roof Repairs at Quinta Mazatlan The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all quotations and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the quotations considered the best and most advantageous to the City. Any quotation received past the date and time will not be accepted. Please indicate, on the attached bid sheet, unit prices for the materials your company can supply. Please specify number of days to deliver after receipt of purchase order. The quantities listed are estimated quantities. The City may elect to purchase more or fewer than the estimated quantity according to needs and budget limitations. All quotations must be FOB, City of McAllen, Parks and Recreation Department, 1000 South Ware Road, McAllen, Texas, 78501. No additional freight charges will be accepted. Worker's Compensation Insurance may be required on certain deliveries as addressed under the Texas Labor Code 406.096
