Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a Construction Solicitation W911SG24B0015, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, TX. 

General Information; The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 2480 includes the following: the removal and replacement with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8 inch glass-mat roof board, to include exterior components such as soffit, fascia, gutters, vents, etc.  Procurement will be solicited as Historically Underutilized Business Zone ( HUBZone). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.  The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed has been issued.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $19M.  Project magnitude is between 1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
