This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and Far Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to RONAN ENGINEERING to provide all labor parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide:

0001 - Ronan Printer; Manufacturer: Ronan Engineering Company; Part No: FEWC331 (X76C331); Qty: 10 Each.
0002 - Ronan Magnetostrictive Probe; Manufacturer: Ronan Engineering Company; Part No: FEW402 (7100-RN-096-108); Qty: 10 Each.
0003 - Ronan Motherboard; Manufacturer: Ronan Engineering Company; Part No: FEW413-3 (X76-5005-FEW); Qty: 10 Each.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334119. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. This item will be provided to F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The proposed action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government (see attached Sole Source Justification Letter). This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
