Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue solicitation SP0600-10-R-0217 on 21 January 2010. The solicitation can be found on www.desc.dla.mil, Under Vendor Resources, Solicitations, Overseas (OCONUS), Romania/Bulgaria. The solicitation is for 837,000 gallons of diesel fuel, 50 PPM Sulf (ULD) and 120,000 gallons of Mogas for Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) customers located in Bezmer Air Base, and other various locations in Bulgaria and Romania. Proposals are due February 23, 2010 by 11:00 pm local Ft. Belvoir, Virginia time. The performance period will begin Date of Award through March 31, 2013.
