The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), intends to execute Rolling Admissions into its current Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) program for performance of the following services:

Commercial depot level overhaul of US Navy, US Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 SST GGAs, National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-01-237-1153. The LM2500 SST was designed and manufactured by General Electric (GE) and is utilized by the U.S. Navy as the main propulsion Gas Turbine engine aboard DDG-51 and LCS-2 ship classes.

This contemplated contract action is being conducted on a full and open competition basis. Potential awardees must be an established commercial overhaul depot with GE Level IV licensure or equivalent. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
