This Presolicitation notice is being issued by the Department of the Navy (US Navy), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).  It is the Government's intention to execute Rolling Admissions into its current Multiple-Award-Contract (MAC) program for performance of the following services:

Commercial depot level overhaul of US Navy, US Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 SST GGAs, National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-01-237-1153. The LM2500 SST was designed and manufactured by General Electric (GE) and is utilized by the U.S. Navy as the main propulsion Gas Turbine engine aboard DDG-51 and LCS-2 ship classes.

This proposed contract action will be conducted on a full and open competition basis. Potential awardees must be an established commercial overhaul depot with GE Level IV licensure or equivalent.
