This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d).

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Range System Engineering Department (RS10/RS31) has a requirement for acquiring and upgrading Rockwell Collins 721S Radios that will support the United States (U.S.) Navy (USN), U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), and the U.S. Air Force (USAF). See attached Draft Statement of Work.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed supplies/services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice. Please include Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and business size and type of ownership for the organization. The provided information shall not exceed more than two pages in length. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to [email protected] by the response date in the FBO posting.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
