The project consists of but is not necessarily limited to: selective demolition, painting, door replacement, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing work to renovate the Trolley Barn. Bid Information: Separate sealed bids for ROCK REGION METRO – TROLLEY BARN will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time, Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at the Administration office of Rock Region Metro, 901 Maple, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Tel: 501 324-1447. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at this location following the 10:00 A.M. deadline. Pre-Bid Information: There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at the Rock Region Metro Trolley Barn, located at 100 Bishop Lindsey Ave., North Little Rock, Arkansas. The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid the project.
