This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 4,600 Liner Feet of Rock Prairie from Holleman to FM 2154. The existing 2 lane asphalt roadway section will be widened to a 3 lane major collector. Reconstruction of intersection with UPRR railroad and FM 2154. New gate, crossing panels and signals will be installed by Union Pacific. Construction will include concrete pavement, concrete medians, storm sewer, illumination, fiber conduit and a signal at FM 2154. This project shall require expertise in the following construction areas: • Road construction/repair • Placement of Concrete for pavement by Slip Form Method • Construction within Union Pacific Railroad Right of Way • Utility Construction • Signal modifications & Traffic Control
