The City of Montrose owns a pit where we stockpile asphalt and concrete with rebar debris removed from various projects. The purpose of this invitation to bid is to provide the City of Montrose concrete and asphalt crushing services at the pit Sunset Mesa Park with a not to exceed contract amount of $10,000.
