REQUIREMENT:
The USAF located at Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing a Robinson R-44 Helicopter or comparable aircraft as deemed by the Test Pilot School for the purposes of meeting test flight objectives. Contractor shall provide aircraft and pilot with the ability to fly predetermined designated routes in desert and mountainous terrain at Edwards AFB in support of the USAF TPS Test Management Project (TMP) team. Any interested parties believing they can meet the requirements of the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached, may submit a statement of capabilities.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Industry must submit sufficient information for the Government to determine their capabilities and experience. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government technical representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Any information provided is strictly voluntary. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement, to open competition, based on response to this sources sought synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force.
