Advertisement for Bids The Beauregard Parish Police Jury does hereby advertise for sealed bids and will open same on Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Office, 201 West Second Street, DeRidder, Louisiana, by the Road and Bridge Committee at 10:00 a.m. in an open meeting. For the following item(s): PARISH PROJECT NO. 2016-0206-01 DESCRIPTION: In-place Cement Stabilized Base, Lime Treatment Base, and Sub-base Drainage and Related Work ROUTE: Various roads in Beauregard Parish Ward Six. PARISH: Beauregard TYPE: Road Base Improvements PROJECT ENGINEER: Bobby Hennigan, P.E. 201 W. 2nd St. DeRidder, LA 70634 COST OF PROPOSAL AND PLANS: Free All bids must be submitted on PARISH BID FORMS, included with the plans and/or proposal which may be obtained at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Public Works Office, located at 201 W 2nd St., DeRidder, LA 70634, Phone 337-463-7019, or electronically at www.centralbidding.com. Proposals will not be issued later than 24 hours prior to the time set for opening bids. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Project Engineer’s office. Upon request, the Project Engineer will show the work. The Parish of Beauregard reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Parish of Beauregard for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award.
