CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID Road 68 Water & Irrigation Tower Painting/Overcoating Project Project Nos. 22394 & 22395 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Road 68 Water & Irrigation Tower Painting/Overcoating Project (Nos.: 22394 & 22395) project. This project involves This Contract provides for the surface preparation, application of top-coat to the exterior of two (2) steel tanks (2.5 MG water composite elevated tank and 2.28MG irrigation standpipe tank), and painting of the City logo on two sides and the top of the water tank and NACE coating inspection. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has forty-five (45) working days to complete the work. Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Friday, July 14, 2023. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License. The City of Pasco has scheduled a mandatory/non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10:00a.m. at 7501 Sandifur Parkway, Pasco, WA 99301 (the City of Pasco’s Road 68 Water and Irrigation Tank site).
