CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Road 36 Golf Course Irrigation Line Extension The City of Pasco (City), is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for the extension of the city-owned and operated irrigation line along Road 36 serving the Sun Willows Golf Course. A portion of the existing golf course irrigation line is currently located within the Tri-Cities Airport property and must be abandoned. Portions of the existing line have been relocated along Argent Road. An existing pump currently operates to the west of the FCID pond on the west side of Road 36. An assessment of the existing pump and overall conveyance system is needed. A pump upgrade may be necessary based on the proposed irrigation line realignment. The project scope may include both, design of the irrigation line extension along a Road 36 from the pump located west of the Irrigation pond to the intersection of Road 36 and Argent Road, as well as any necessary pump upgrades. This RFQ is intended to provide sufficient information for qualified Consultants to submit a written SOQ demonstrating recent experience in the assessment and design of irrigation system upgrades for municipalities. It is the sole responsibility of the Consultant to obtain any RFQ updates or addenda from the City’s website. Responses shall be submitted electronically.
