RNA Seq Counts (Excluding smRNA), per specimen
Delivery via EA SFTP; Sequencing Data including FASTQ and Secondary Analysis (if applicable) (increments of 200), per upload (Requires DD409)
Sample data delivery via network, per sample

The sequencing of RNA, including RNA Isolation, RNASeq - TruSeq Stranded mRNA, 20 M 50bp PE, RNA Seq Counts (Excluding smRNA). Support of the Division of Intramural Research, NIAID, NIH. Place of delivery is Bethesda, MD 20892.

The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources that could provide comparable services may submit a capability statement that will be considered by email (subject line to reference NOI-RML-D-1920907) to Calvin Robinson at [email protected], by 5:00 pm eastern standard time Sunday, Aug, 17 2018 . All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
