RNA Extraction:

1. RNA extraction (cattle rumen tissues) 70 each

2. RNA QC and mRNAseq library constructon and 20M reads of PE150 of sequencing.

3. Sample shipping and handling charges if necessary.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Isolate RNA from biopate from USDA, ARS, BARC, Beltsville MD Dairy Cows intestinal samples, conduct quality control assessments and synthesize mRNAseq libraries and 20 M reads of the PE150 sequencing.  B

For continunity in our research approach we must use consistant sourcing to ensure comparability across our data sets.  Prior and ongoing sample analysis, have come from Singulomics Corporation with great results. Our ability to compare across experiments is imporant for this analysis.
