Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates contracting with FilConn 3324 N. San Marco Pl., Chandler, AZ 85224 to purchase 170ea RJ45 Connectors. The proposed action is for Firm Fixed Price supplies for which the Government does not own data rights and no other vendor has the technical information to manufacture RJ45 ruggedized conversion connectors . The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Firms that feel they can provide this commodity or equal are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date below (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be released as a non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 13.
