The purpose of this posting is to provide notification of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) intent to enter into a contract modification to increase the quantity/ceiling amount of an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a basis of other than full and open competition.  

CBP intends to modify the IDIQ contract (70B02C19D00000069) awarded to Diamondback Manufacturing, LLC in 2019 for Riverine Surface Patrol Platform (RSPP) vessels (Airboats).   The quantity and ceiling increase will allow AMO to maintain fleet uniformity with those airboats already under contract and future orders throughout the remaining period of performance. 

The anticipated modification award is anticipated in August 2021.

This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids.   Justification and Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition is being posted in accordance with FAR 6.305.
