The purpose of this amendment is to revise the "GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF PROPOSALS ". Section 1 - Signed Proposals, is hereby amended to change all references from SF 33 to SF 1449. All offerors shall review HSBP1010R0033 A0002 and ensure the proper blocks on the SF 1449 are completed.
