BEND PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT IRRIGATION SYSTEM PARTS AND SERVICES AT RIVERBEND PARK AND FAREWELL BEND PARK SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Bend Park and Recreation District has determined that the procurement of irri gation system parts and services at Riverbend Park and Farewell Bend Park ("Services") from Cascade Pump & Irriga tion Services, LLC ("Cascade") is a Sole Source Procurement pursuant to OAR 137-047-0275 and ORS 279B.075. Services may be purchased as needed through June 30, 2026 for a cumulative amount not-to-exceed $120,000. Findings indicate that no other provider can competitively provide the Services as efficiently and effectively as Cascade. Affected persons of this determination may submit a written protest specific to this sole-source notice within seven (7) days of the date of this public notice. Written protests must be in accordance with OAR 137-047-0710(3) and must include a detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest, a description of the resulting harm to the affected person, and the relief requested.
