The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Blue River Information Technology on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Riverbed Support for Expand WAN Products. Blue Biver is the only provider of the Riverbed Support and Maintenance Services as follows:
