The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Global Technologies Group, Inc. brand name Rimage 8200N Two Day On-site maintenance under the authority of FAR Part 8, Far Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR 6.302-1. The proposed period of performance is a base and two one-year options.

The solicitation number is N0001515RC11100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519.

Requirement:

A quote shall be submitted for a base period beginning 1 May 2015 and ending 30 April 2016. Two separate CLINs shall also be listed on the quote for Option Year One (1 May 2016 through 30 April 2017) and Option Year Two (1 May 2017 through 30 April 2018). The Two Business Day On-Site Service shall include the following:

*2 Scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits per year
*Phone support (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, no Federal Holidays)
*All repairs performed by local GTGI technician
*Includes all non-consumable parts
*Serial Number: 10018856

Offers shall be received not later than 29 April 2015 at 12:00 pm, EST. Offers received after 29 April 2015 at 12:00 pm, EST will not be considered for award.

Interested persons may submit interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all quotations received by 29 April 2015 at 12:00 pm, EST will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
