PHONE SUPPORT (MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9AM-6PM EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS)
2 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) VISITS PER YEAR
ONSITE SERVICE AND SUPPORT PERFORMED BY A RIMAGE DEDICATED LOCAL FIELD ENGINEER.
