NSN 304-01-571-1019 - Rigid Connecting Link, purchased in accordance with BOEING COMPANY DBA BOEING (81205 & 17765) P/N 65C18551-521, BETA ENGINEERING, INC. (33436) P/N 65C18551-521, & CAMNETICS MANUFACTURING (0P657) P/N 65C18551-521. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. The required quantity is 700 each, with a 200% option for an additional 1400 ea, to be shipped to (SW3211) Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK. FOB origin and inspection at origin are required.
This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date of 10/21/2014. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, and JWOD. The required delivery is 506 days.
