DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following itemin support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF): one (1) each Steel, pre-framed reusable panel Rigging Storage Enclosure to be built and installed per Government specifications to be provided with the solicitation document.  The requested delivery date is 01 June 2016.  The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 332311. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Small Business concerns must offer a domestic (U.S assembled) end product only.  The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.  Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO, to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document.  Offerors not submitting a fully completed offer will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.  The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-16-Q-0895.  It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 27 April 2016. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 11 May 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.  The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.  A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
