Ridge Thinning and Slash Treatment: The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform 340 acres of pre-commercial tree thinning and slash treatment on the Sacramento Ranger District of the Lincoln National Forest. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor under the Migrant and Seasonal Workers Protection Act (MISPA). This statement of work consists of completing the tasks/subtasks in this section to the performance requirements summary listed in Section I. The time for completion will be 365 calendar days
