The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS), requests Proposals for the purchase of Rideshare Services and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. Per Wisconsin Statue 16.82(5) (https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/16/iv/82/5), the State of Wisconsin Rideshare Program is a State program responsible for providing a rideshare program that currently offers fifteen (15) passenger vans as their mode of travel. Services are for employed persons and college students, predominately State employees, but the rideshare may have non-State participants, working and/or attending college in the Madison area and living in the outlying areas (Riders). No person participating in this service are deemed to be in the course or scope of employment while utilizing group transportation provided under this Contract. ================================ ATTENTION: Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 virus many of the State office buildings have little or no staff on premises.
