This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% Women-owned Small Business Set Aside.

CLIN 0001: 2 EA. Hanger Floor Scrubbers, Cleantime Ride On Auto Scrubber CT160BT95-200CH, or equal in accordance with the following salient characteristics:
• Shall have no less than 50,000 sq.ft/hr productivity
• Shall be no less than 3 ft. width
• Shall be able to support a rider with a body weight of up to 300 lbs.
• Shall clean grease, oil, etc.
• Shall come with all necessary attachments, batteries, and charger, with no additional purchases necessary to operate.
Brush/squeege/etc count, size and scrub width irrelevant as long as a minimum of 50,000 sq.ft/hr productivity, minimum weight capacity, and 3ft. width is met. There is no height requirement.

Provision Addenda: All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email and Proposed Delivery Schedule. All prospective vendors must be registered in the CCR database prior to contract award. Lack of CCR registration shall be a determining factor for contract award. FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial Items: Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror provides the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. This is an "all or none" requirement and will be awarded on one contract. Multiple contracts will not be issued. Vendors who do not quote the entire package requested will be considered non-responsive and their quote will not be evaluated.
