This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Ricoh pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NY National Guard intends on awarding services for the Upgrade existing Ricoh Autostore and DRS to its latest version, Ricoh/Kofax Autostore 7 SP5 and Output Manager V4 SP2 software and maintain compliance with all applicable STIGS.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to [email protected]. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within 2 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the USPFO-NY. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
