The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for carpet replacement.

See attached Statement of Work and attachments for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 238330 – Flooring Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be less than $25,000.

All work under this contract will be performed at the Richland Federal Building located at 825 Jadwin Avenue, Richland, WA 99352. A Site Visit is scheduled for July 24, 2018 at 11:30 AM Pacific Time, meeting place is the GSA office Room # 133. Offerors are encouraged to attend the Site Visit. Please send your firm’s notice to attend the Site Visit to both [email protected] AND [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Site Visit.

The date for issuing the solicitation is July 17, 2018 and receipt of proposals is August 7, 2018 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time and completing contract performance 120 days after notice to proceed.

The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents.
