Construct infrastructures for Rialto Ranchos Subdivision of Tract 5992. The work involves clearing, grubbing, earthwork, grading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, valley gutters, drive approaches, sidewalks, ADA curb return ramps, asphalt-concrete pavements, public utilities including water, sewer, street lighting, dry utilities, traffic striping, traffic signage, and miscellaneous facilities and operations. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Rialto Ranchos Subdivision" All bidders must check the Addenda No. 1, 2 and 3 and submit their bid proposals with their signed addenda. These addenda contain significant information and changes to the scope of work such as PG&E Plans, Time of Completion, and Liquidated Damages.
