TOWN OF NATICK NATICK, MASSACHUSETTS 01760 NOTICE TO RESPONDERS The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of responses for an Asbestos Abatement Flooring project at the Memorial School. The Request for Responses (“RFR”) may be obtained by emailing [email protected] between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on June 22, 2022. (PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL REQUESTS OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS!) A non-mandatory Pre-Response Conference/Walk-Through will be held at the Memorial School, 107 Eliot Street, Natick, Massachusetts, at 11:00 A.M. local time on June 27, 2022. Responses will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, July 7, 2022, by email to [email protected]. All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Natick Select Board. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening. Award shall be subject to vote of the Natick Select Board and sufficient appropriation/funding.
