The City of Bakersfield is seeking a contractor with substantial experience and background in biohazard human waste cleanup. The City desires a contractor to provide 4 hours a day / 5 days a week (6:30 to 10:30 AM/ Monday through Friday) cleanup services for a three-month pilot program of the Downtown and Old Town Kern neighborhoods of Bakersfield. If the program proves successful, two three-month extensions are at the City's option and under mutually agreeable terms. Interested contractors must log in and download complete RFQ/P specifications available under the “Documents/Attachments” tab. One (1) signed original and one (1) copy of the RFQ/P must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the time and date specified in the RFQ/P document. RFQ/P submitted by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
