The University of Houston System (hereinafter referred to herein as “UH System” or the “University”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from law firms interested in providing legal representation to UH System, which is comprised of four (4) universities - the University of Houston, University of Houston-Clear Lake, University of Houston-Downtown, and University of Houston-Victoria. This inquiry is issued to establish a referral list from which the UH System, by and through its Office of General Counsel, will select appropriate counsel for representation. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services. RESPONDENTS ARE CAUTIONED TO READ THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS RFQ CAREFULLY AND TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS AS DIRECTED.
